My name is Sunny [male pronouns], I’ve only been on Warrenz for a little bit of time. But I’ve been able to do artwork (markings) for Warrenz for a while. Lunar and I have been talking about the management of Warrenz, I’ve decided to give a trial of managing parts of Warrenz.

I’m typically an artist for most sites I’ve volunteered or worked for in the past (and present), so I’m new to management of sites especially with already active members. As an adult, I have a lot of things in life that go on but I plan on posting regular updates, taking care of the user base, contacting Lunar as needed to do bug fixes and the sort. I’m not sure if ownership will be changed at any point, as I’m not exactly code-savvy nor rich, but I still think Warrenz has more to give and develop.

Moving forward, we’ll be doing a poll that users can respond to.. for what they want to see on Warrenz. Whether it’s more story, more markings, more accessories, or something else entirely. I want to know what the users want, so I can set up a plan to tackle things.

1. We are sharing a server with 4dopt, Lunar’s newest site, so we have to be mindful of image-heavy changes.
   
   The server sharing gives the 4dopt transfer tool the ability to work properly, so it’s required. We’re keeping the 4dopt transfer tool up for at least six months, but I don’t see why it can’t stay longer as long as we maintain the current rarity of things like names and remain under Lunar’s server. If at any point things are to change, we’ll be giving at least a month’s notice.



2. If the site at any point becomes inactive, entirely, Warrenz may close down. With a closure of Warrenz, users would transfer to 4dopt.
   
   Obviously, we don’t want Warrenz to close. There is some pressure when it comes to server costs and such on Lunar’s end, funds earned beyond the basic needs will go to Warrenz to give the site improvements when able to.



3. I only have access to site-side management tools.
   
   Meaning I cannot edit, add or otherwise change a variety of things on the site that Lunar hasn’t created a site-side admin panel for. This is just the nature of the site, as I am only maintaining it.. I have no ownership unless I buy Warrenz outright. I will only buy Warrenz if I think my level of attentiveness is not hurting the site in any manner.
